Terri "TT" Lynne Cowan-Timberlake of Groveport, Ohio gained her wings on Monday January 17th, 2022 at the age of 60.
Terri was born in Columbus, Ohio on August 21st, 1961 to Barbara Minifield Cowan and Julius Cowan. She was raised in Columbus and attended Corpus Christi then Father Wehrle High School where she graduated from in 1979. Terri went onto attend Clarke State College and began working at CTI. She remained a loyal employee at Columbus State Community College for 31 years until her retirement in 2011.
Terri is preceded in death by her father; Julius Cowan, brothers; Jeffrey Cowan, Erin Cowan, Brent Wade, Maternal Grandparents; Algie and Josephine Minifield, Paternal Grandmother; Ella Mae Sherrod, Step father; Frank Wade, Aunt; Karen Watson, brother-in-law’s; Robert Hunter, William Timberlake, special cousin; Robert "Sparky" Martin. She leaves to cherish her memories with her husband Bruce Timberlake, children; Loren Armour and Quinton Timberlake, mother Barbara Minifield Wade, grandchildren; Aiyana, Mekai, Torren, sisters; Mika Wade, Stacie (DanteĢ) Wade-Stiggers, brother; Algie (Jacquise) Wade, and a host of cousins, nieces, nieces, nephews and friends. Free spirited and full of life, Terri was truly the life of the party. A sweet soul, and a kind heart, you would always see her with a smile on her face. Always the eternal optimist, Terri lived a life full of love and brought light to everyone that encountered her. A devoted and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend, she will deeply be missed.
Terri’s family will receive friends 1-2 p.m. Friday, January 28, 2022 at Cotner Funeral Home 7369 E. Main St. Reynoldsburg where her memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. Masks will be required. The memorial service will also be livestreamed via the funeral homes website for those that cannot attend.
