Thomas Gaus Obituary

Thomas N. Gaus, 82, of Reynoldsburg, was born July 4, 1935, passed away July 7, 2017. He is preceded in death by his sons Michael and David Gaus, parents Frederick and Mary Catherine Gaus, and brother Donald. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Ann; son Fred (Donna) Gaus, of Chicago, IL; daughter Mary (Scott) Grumman of Pickerington; grandsons Thomas Gaus, Adam and Ryan Grumman, and Ben Gaus; granddaughter Emily Gaus; brother George Gaus; many nieces, nephews, and caring friends. His family will receive friends Wednesday, July 12, from 4-7 pm, with a vigil service 6:30 pm, at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg. His Funeral Mass will be Thursday at 10:30am at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1051 South Waggoner Road, Reynoldsburg, Concelbrants Msgr. Patrick Gaughan and Msgr. David Funk. Please meet at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Thomas' memory to St. Vincent de Paul Society in care of St. Pius X Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
