Thomas "Snuffy" Senft

Thomas "Snuffy" Senft, 78, passed away on June 24, 2025. Tom was born in Columbus, Ohio on January 6, 1947 to the late Frank and Virginia (Henley) Senft.

Tom proudly served his country in the US Army from 1966 to 1968. He spent many years working for Ohio Bell in the Information Technology Department and then went on to work at Ohio State University for over twenty years in the same capacity where he then retired from. Tom grew up fishing as a youngster and that became a lifelong hobby for him. Tom was also an avid bowler in his “spare time”.

Tom is survived by his son, Benjamin A. Senft; daughter, Therese A. Senft; granddaughter, Therese M. Senft; siblings, Jim (Pam) Senft of Pickerington, Joseph Senft of Pataskala and Karen (Lynn) Brooks of Millersport; nieces, Angie Baker and Ashley (Joe) Panico.

His family will receive friends Monday, June 30, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. with a Catholic prayer service to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. Private inurnment will be held at a later time at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
