Victoria "Candy" Elizabeth Wheeler

Victoria “Candy” E. Wheeler passed away on April 28, 2025. She was born on November 4, 1948 to the late Willie and Evelyn (Oney) Jarrell. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Manuel “Paul” Wheeler; brother John Jarrell; sisters Janet Quick, Gloria Fortner, and Darlene Caudill; daughter Danielle Wheeler; grandchildren Victoria “Myrika” Martin, and Cody Caudill.

Victoria is survived by brother Billy Jarrell; sisters Wanda Bourne, Lorene Yates and Jackie Lenard; children Jeffrey Hatfield, Tina Royer, and Victoria Waller (Eugene); six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

She enjoyed cooking, being able to stay home caring for her family and baking was a new found joy. If there was ever the chance to go on a shopping trip, Candy was all for it. Yard sales were even better than a shopping trip because she could find all of the deals. She had a precious love for the Lord and enjoyed praying for her loved ones. Celebrating each and every birthday and holiday brought such joy to Candy’s life. Candy will be forever loved and missed dearly by everyone who knew her.

Her family will receive friends Saturday May 10, 2025 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm at Cotner Funeral Home Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068 where the service will follow at 5 pm. In lieu of flowers donations in Candy's memory may be made by contacting Cotner Funeral Home 614-866-6318.
